RealizeAIDS is the AIDS ministry at Menlo Park Presbyterian Church.

Founded in 2005, our goal is to help the church "Realize the tragedy of AIDS" and "Realize the church's potential." Through service, awareness activities, and prayer, we are exploring new ways to be difference-makers for Christ in the global AIDS pandemic.
